In the "Bookmarks" page of your account, you can view bookmarks by types:

• Articles: Lists all the eprints you have bookmarked. Only when you have bookmarked an article, you are allowed to mark it as read.
• Readings: Lists all the eprints you have marked as read. Only when you have read an article, you are allowed to rate it.
• Ratings: Lists all the eprints you have rated. This list can only be viewed by yourself.
• Edits: Lists all the eprints you have edited the extended metadata.
• Reviews: Lists all the reviews you have bookmarked.
• Votes: Lists all the reviews you have voted.

If you prefer to use a reference management software, Zotero is a good choice.
