The \"plus\" and \"minus\" component of the electromagnetic current are used to calculate the electromagnetic form factor in the Breit frame with two models for the q\\bar{q} vertex. The light front constituent quark models describes very well hadronic wave function for pseudo-scalar and vector particles. Symmetry problems arinsing in the light-front approach are solved by the pole dislocation method. The results are compared with new experimental data and with other quark models.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v4", "updated": "2004-08-04T11:58:39.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "12.39.-x", "13.40.Gp", "14.40.Aq" ], "keywords": [ "pion form factor", "light front constituent quark models", "pion electromagnetic form factor", "pole dislocation method", "light-front quark model" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "note": { "typesetting": "LaTeX", "pages": 4, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "inspire": 653471 } } }
