Our results confirm the possibility of a future collapsing universe (for a given region of the parameter space), which is necessary for a consistent formulation of string theory and quantum field theory. We have also reproduced the measurements of modulus distance from supernovae with good accuracy.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v2", "updated": "2002-10-04T04:08:27.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "98.80.Jk", "98.80.Cq", "98.80.Bp" ], "keywords": [ "dark energy", "cosmological constant", "quantum field theory", "dynamical quintessence field", "results confirm" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "publisher": "APS", "journal": "Phys.
