Introducing the medium functionals in the SU(2) sector and considering the alteration of kaon properties in nuclear medium, we are able to examine the medium modification of the nucleon and hyperons. The functionals introduced in the SU(2) sector are related to ordinary nuclear matter properties near the saturation point.
