We report the results of calculations of the inclusive electron-carbon cross section, showing that the inclusion of processes involving two-nucleon currents appreciably improves the agreement between theory and data in the dip region, between the quasi elastic and $\\Delta$-production peaks. The implications for the analysis of neutrino-nucleus cross sections are discussed.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2015-12-23T10:45:06.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "spectral function formalism", "unified description", "electron-nucleus scattering", "two-nucleon currents", "inclusive electron-carbon cross section" ], "publication": { "doi": "10.1103/PhysRevLett.116.192501" }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 0, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2015arXiv151207426R", "inspire": 1411224 } } }
