The Parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method is used to obtain the energy Eigen-values and wave functions. We also discuss the energy Eigen-values and the Dirac spinors for the Eckart plus Hulthen potentials for the spin and pseudo-spin symmetry with PNU method.
