We give a brief review on the status and progress in dark matter detection, including the progresses in direct detection, collider detection at LHC and focus on the indirect detection. The results from PAMELA, ATIC, Fermi-LAT and relevant studies on these results are introduced. Then we give the progress on indirect detection of gamma rays from Fermi-LAT and ground based Cerenkov telescopes. Finally the detection of neutrinos and constraints on the nature of dark matter are reviewed briefly.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2014-09-16T11:37:06.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "12.60.Jv", "14.80.Ly" ], "keywords": [ "dark matter detection", "indirect detection", "brief review", "cerenkov telescopes", "collider detection" ], "tags": [ "review article", "journal article" ], "publication": { "doi": "10.1007/s11467-013-0330-z", "journal": "Frontiers of Physics", "year": 2013, "month": "Dec", "volume": 8, "number": 6, "pages": 794 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 33, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "inspire": 1317245, "adsabs": "2013FrPhy...8..794B" } } }
