The method preserves particle number and angular momentum symmetries and can be applied to any decay without additional fine tunings. The finite range density dependent Gogny force is used in the calculations. An increase of $10\\%-40\\%$ in the NME with respect to the ones found without the inclusion of pairing fluctuations is obtained, reducing the predicted half-lives of these isotopes.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2014-01-03T13:55:09.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "21.60.Jz", "23.40.Hc" ], "keywords": [ "beta decay nuclear matrix elements", "double beta decay nuclear matrix", "neutrinoless double beta decay nuclear", "pairing fluctuations effects" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "publisher": "APS", "journal": "Physical Review Letters", "year": 2013, "month": "Oct", "volume": 111, "number": 14, "pages": 142501 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 5, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "inspire": 1275953, "adsabs": "2013PhRvL.111n2501V" } } }
