A large electromagnetic effect on directed flow $v_1$ is predicted in good agreement with existing WA98 as well as RHIC data. This effect results in a splitting of $v_1$ for positive and negative pions. Detailed analysis of this phenomenon may provide new information on the collision dynamics.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2013-10-15T15:04:14.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "heavy ion collisions", "spectator charge splitting", "directed flow", "single charged pion distributions", "large electromagnetic effect" ], "tags": [ "conference paper" ], "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 7, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "inspire": 1258602, "adsabs": "2013ehep.confE.196S" } } }
