The ATLAS collaboration has observed a new state in radiative transitions to \\Upsilon(1S) and \\Upsilon(2S) and interprets this as the first observation of the \\chi_b(3P) states. The CMS collaboration has observed a new b baryon decaying to \\Xi_b-\\pi+ (plus charge conjugates). This is interpreted as a neutral J^P = 3/2^+ \\Xi_b* baryon.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2012-07-26T13:36:43.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "large hadron collider", "plus charge conjugates", "pp collisions", "atlas collaboration", "first observation" ], "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 10, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "inspire": 1123911, "adsabs": "2012arXiv1207.6268C" } } }
