The goals of testing this part of the Standard Model were achieved, and have been surpassed beyond all expectation. As a result the B factories have revolutionised our understanding of many areas of the Standard Model of particle physics, and also provide a number of stringent limits on possible scenarios of physics beyond the Standard Model. In some cases these limits on new physics effects equal or surpass those achievable at the CERN based Large Hadron Collider.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2012-02-03T15:22:48.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "standard model", "particle physics", "physics effects equal", "large hadron collider", "specific purpose" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "journal": "Comptes Rendus Physique", "year": 2012, "month": "Mar", "volume": 13, "number": 2, "pages": 145 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 9, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "inspire": 1087330, "adsabs": "2012CRPhy..13..145B" } } }
