The correlation functions of the magnetic field contributions are calculated numerically including a Gaussian window function to effectively cut off the magnetic field spectrum due to damping. Apart from parity-even correlations the helical nature of the magnetic field induces parity-odd correlations between the E- and B-mode of polarization (EB) as well as between temperature (T) and the polarization B-mode (TB).", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2011-12-20T18:44:17.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "98.70.Vc", "98.80.-k", "98.62.En" ], "keywords": [ "cosmic microwave background", "magnetic field induces parity-odd correlations", "stochastic helical magnetic field", "magnetic field contributions", "polarization" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "publisher": "APS", "journal": "Physical Review D", "year": 2012, "month": "Apr", "volume": 85, "number": 8, "pages": "083004" }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 22, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "inspire": 1082293, "adsabs": "2012PhRvD..85h3004K" } } }
