The ALICE experiment has measured the D meson production in pp collisions at $\\sqrt{s}=7$ TeV. We present the analysis procedure for $\\rm D^{0}\\to \\rm K^{-}\\rm \\pi^{+}$ and for the calculation of efficiency and acceptance corrections. Finally, we show the preliminary results on $\\rm D^0$ cross section in pp collisions at $\\sqrt{s}=7$ TeV, measured in the region $2
