Our framework are the Dyson-Schwinger equations for the gauge boson and fermion propagators formulated in a finite volume. In contrast to previous Dyson-Schwinger studies we do not rely on an expansion in small anisotropies but keep the full velocity dependence of fermion equations intact. As result we find sizable variations of N_f^c away from the isotropic point in agreement with other approaches. We discuss the relevance of our findings for models of high-T_c superconductors.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v2", "updated": "2011-06-29T09:29:23.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "11.15.Tk", "12.20.-m", "11.10.Kk" ], "keywords": [ "dyson-schwinger equations", "anisotropy", "fermion equations intact", "full velocity dependence", "dyson-schwinger studies" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "publisher": "APS", "journal": "Physical Review B", "year": 2011, "month": "Jul", "volume": 84, "number": 2, "pages": "024520" }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 9, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "inspire": 891686, "adsabs": "2011PhRvB..84b4520B" } } }
