Dakic, Vedral, and Brukner [Phys. Rev. Lett. 105 (2010) 190502] introduced a geometric measure for this quantum discord, and Luo, Fu [Phys. Rev. A 82 (2010) 034302] simplified the variation expression of it. In this paper we introduce a geometric measure for the quantum discord over two-sided projective measurements. A simplified expression and a lower bound of this geometric measure are derived and explicit expressions are obtained for some special cases.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v3", "updated": "2011-06-01T10:17:46.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "quantum discord", "geometric measure", "two-sided projective measurements", "original definition", "bipartite states" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "doi": "10.1016/j.physleta.2011.10.072", "journal": "Physics Letters A", "year": 2012, "month": "Jan", "volume": 376, "number": 4, "pages": 320 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 0, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2012PhLA..376..320X" } } }
