The compositeness of a bound state is defined through the wavefunction renormalization constant in the nonrelativistic field theory. We apply this argument to the chiral unitary approach and derive the relation between compositeness of the bound state and the subtraction constant of the loop integral. The compositeness condition is fairly compatible with the natural renormalization scheme, previously introduced in a different context.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2010-09-29T02:45:14.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "33.15.Ry", "13.85.Dz", "11.10.Gh", "11.10.Kk" ], "keywords": [ "chiral unitary approach", "natural renormalization scheme", "wavefunction renormalization constant", "nonrelativistic field theory", "loop integral" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "publisher": "AIP", "journal": "AIP Conf.
