In PRL 103, 062502, 2009 by Ivanov and Kienle (also by Lipkin}) there is a claim that neutrino oscillations may explain this result. In arXiv:0811.2302 by Lambiase et al a different explanation is suggested which is based on the rotation of electron and nuclear spins. The aim of this Comment is to show why these explanations are not satisfactory and to discuss other possibilities.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v2", "updated": "2009-08-15T11:53:02.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "13.15.+g", "14.60.Pq", "26.65.+t", "23.40.Bw" ], "keywords": [ "k-shell electron capture decay rates", "h-like heavy ions", "gsi experiment", "time modulation" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "publisher": "APS", "journal": "Physical Review Letters", "year": 2010, "month": "Apr", "volume": 104, "number": 15, "pages": 159201 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 0, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "inspire": 828508, "adsabs": "2010PhRvL.104o9201F" } } }
