For each $SL_2(Z)$ invariant lattice $L$, Shintani introduced Dirichlet series whose coefficients are the class numbers of binary cubic forms in $L$. We classify the invariant lattices, and investigate explicit relationships between Dirichlet series associated with those lattices.
