The study is based on spin-charge coupled drift-diffusion equations derived from quantum-kinetic equations in an exact manner. The spin-orbit interaction induces an extra out-of-plane spin polarization. This contribution exhibits a persistent oscillatory pattern in the strong-coupling regime.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2007-07-18T06:31:27.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "perpendicular magnetic field", "spin polarization", "coupled drift-diffusion equations", "confined two-dimensional hole gas subject" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "journal": "Journal of Physics Condensed Matter", "year": 2007, "month": "Nov", "volume": 19, "number": 47, "pages": 476205 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 11, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2007JPCM...19U6205K" } } }
