The potential consists of contact terms without derivatives and of one-pseudoscalar-meson exchanges. The contact terms and the couplings of the pseudoscalar mesons to the baryons are related via SU(3) flavor symmetry to the S=-1 hyperon-nucleon channels. We show that the chiral effective field theory predictions with natural values for the low-energy constants agree with the experimental information in the S=-2 sector.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2007-05-25T11:50:42.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "21.30.-x", "12.39.Fe", "21.80.+a", "13.75.Ev" ], "keywords": [ "baryon-baryon interactions", "chiral effective field theory predictions", "contact terms", "low-energy constants agree", "order strangeness" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "journal": "Physics Letters B", "year": 2007, "month": "Sep", "volume": 653, "number": 1, "pages": 29 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 10, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "inspire": 751499, "adsabs": "2007PhLB..653...29P" } } }
